Welcome to SameNot. These Terms of Service govern your use of the SameNot website and app, including our AI companion Sage, operated by SameNot. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use SameNot.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at the email below.

2. Subscription Plans and Billing

• SameNot offers a free plan and a paid subscription plan (Sage Plus), currently priced at A$9.99 per month.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time; your access to Sage Plus features will continue until the end of your current billing period, after which no further charges will apply.
• The free plan includes a limited monthly allowance of Sage Credits, used for AI-powered features. Credits reset monthly and do not roll over.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice. Continued use of Sage Plus after a price change means you accept the new price.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, harm, or impersonate another person.
• Upload content that is obscene, defamatory, infringes someone else's rights, or that you do not have permission to share, including photos of other people without their consent.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract data from the Service without our permission.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos, descriptions, and other content you add to SameNot. By using the Service, you grant us a licence to store, process, and display Your Content back to you as part of

If you use Style Night to invite others, you are responsible for making sure you have the right to share any details or photos involving them, and that they are comfortable being included.

5. AI-Generated Content

Sage's responses, suggestions, and insights are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for general style inspiration and entertainment. They are not professional advice of any kind. You are responsible for your own decisions, including any purchases made based on Sage's suggestions.

6. Intellectual Property

The SameNot name, logo, Sage character, and the Service's design and software are owned by us and may not be copied or used without our permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided as is without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on any AI-generated suggestions. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as SameNot grows. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
